With the option of Open or Private Sessions, there’s a service to suit whatever you are looking for
Open sessions are available to all, and we only ever book a maximum of 6 at any time. If you’re seeking quiet solitude you can book a Private session for just yourself or share the sauna with your friends or loved ones. For one Private Sessions you can book for up to 5 people and adding more is easy with an additional supplement for any groups of 6 and over.

A few questions answered…
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a drink, your swimwear and 2 towels, 1 to sit on in the sauna and one for after.
What is the sauna temperature?
We aim for around 85C however heat can be adjusted. As it is a wood fired sauna if you would like it cooler you just open the door. If its not hot enough for you can let us know and we will add more wood and you can add more water to the coals which increases the temperature too.
Do I need to book ahead?
If you would like a specific day and time it is always best to book ahead, especially at weekends and during busy times however, if you’re passing by and want a last minute sauna do pop in to our beach office as we often have last minute space on quieter days, especially week days.
When is the sauna open?
We are open every day of the week though times do vary. Please click the Book Online Now button below to check availability.
Are there showers and changing facilities?
Yes – we have a spring fed shower outside the sauna. There is also an outside shower by the beach toilets which is on during the summer months. We have 2 large changing rooms
Can I buy a session for a gift?
Absolutely – we have Gift Cards available which you can charge up with any amount. Please go to the Book Now button below to buy your Gift Card.
Do you offer a membership?
Yes! We offer a Locals Pass where you can buy 4 sessions upfront with a discount. Check out the Locals Pass on the Book Now button for rates.
Anything else I need to know?
Arriving promptly and ready with your swimwear on will help you get the most out of the session. Sessions are 50mins long, but don’t worry you can forget about the time whilst you’re in the sauna, we will let you know when your session is coming to an end. We top up the fire throughout the session but do let us know if you want it hotter.
